Enniskillen Workhouse
Partnering with Qmac construction our team undertook the delicate removal to the newly restored Enniskillen workhouse,which resulted in a snag free contract clean.
The original site first opened 1st December 1945 , to house those who found themselves in financial distress.
Although this period was marked with suffering and thousands of those who entered these workhouses did not survive, restoring the workhouse is a reminder that we should not forget those who perished here,in order to fight to survive.
The Paper Exchange Belfast
One of our contracts within our specialist after-build cleaning division.
Our contract was to supply our services to the cleaning of this newly constructed 10 storey building in Belfast city centre.
Some of the tasks involved in pre-planning the clean involved appointing fully trained operatives, completing RAMS that are checked as the clean progresses and monitored carefully alongside planning the cleaning schedule prior to site start date via plans available.
With pre-planning this has ensured the timely execution of the clean and our team have exceeded our time on the initial builder stage of the project without damage and 99% snag free.

We delivered a seamless clean from onboarding our first operative to store set-up.
Following our own in-house store set up and maintenance procedures, ensuring health and safety were at the forefront.
With full client satisfaction throughout within the delivery of cleaning services provided. We also implemented our lone worker policy with updates on entry and exit after each clean.

Appointed by request to supply x5 no house-keeping staff We successfully fulfilled x4 within a timeframe of under one week to the AC Marriott hotel Belfast.
